Liberty Life Funeral Cover.

I opened a funeral cover with Liberty Life in 2005. The premium was R115.00. It was deducted straight from my employer. The premium was larer increased to R215.00 . I have never resigned from work yet in 2021 the funeral policy disappeared from my salary advice. When I enquired about it from my employer , it showed that the policy matured and was terminated. I enquired that with Liberty Life and the reason given was that they could not get the premiums. I told them that it was impossible for them not to get the premium as the deductions were done from my persal. The issue was never resolved. I lost money deducted from 2005 to 2021. I am seeking help on what happened to my funeral policy. I have never made any claims on the policy.
