Liberty life funeral claim

Poor is a understatement because if liberty cannot pay out less then R15000 what about claims above that. And they know whit the times we live in now we cannot afford to cancel or leave the policies we have with them for so many years. I cannot express how much I hate this insurance company right now. And the lame excuses I get from their consultants is pathetic serious. to date claimed on the 19Th July to date they have not pay out all my money. but they already deducted their monthly premium.
