I am terribly disgusted by your lack is compassion. After many years of diligently paying my policy, I am really irked by the way you treat my claim. On Thursday morning (8 July) I made a claim against my funeral policy to bury my now late sister, yet to date I have not received a cent. How cold and insensitive can you be?
