Liberty Life funeral

My husband has had a funeral cover for years, still the blue book. It was paid up and now they don't have have any record of it. 2024 I called them and they still confirmed it's got a value of R10 000 and in 2025 nothing. Whe had a fire at home, we don't have the blue book, which is the policy. Apparently they don't have anything with his ID number. What bull**** al policys goes on your ID,. Our Avbob one is paid up and they had his records, all I gave is his ID number. They are doing it to a lot of people that worked with me. They're *****ing all the old policies.
