Liberty Life Funds Withdrawal Terrible Service

I opened a retirement annuity builder with Liberty Life while I worked in South Africa for 5 years. I am a non south African resident residing in Canada. When I first informed Liberty about my intention to withdraw my fund when I exited the country they asked me to provide documents of my departure from South Africa . I provided the requested documents and I have since been following up with them several times about my funds withdrawal request to no avail. Their recent response was that they would process my request if my SA visa has expired and I gave them my expired visa details. I feel like they are deliberately delaying processing my request and this is very frustrating and unacceptable as their service when I first signed up with them was swift. The broker Kenneth Jones ignores all my calls and emails. Liberty Life please act on this urgently!!!!
