Liberty Life *****ed me My Cash back and Premiums

I wouldn't even give a star

I took a policy with this company 2014, last year i was suppose to get a cash back , they contacted me around August telling me about it so i was going to have to put a claim around november, i didn't telling myself i will do it this year , boom the policy lapsed in 2016 , my question was why did they call me and tell me about the cash back if it was lapses and what has been deducting , apparently I have an accident cover that i didn't not join and it was joined last year,

They are ********** these one they havr been taking my money for almost 6 years now and my policies get lapsed on the 5th year for cash back

I want my premiums back NOW!!!!
