Liberty Life - False Promises & Moving Goal Posts

For the past 2 months been fighting with Liberty Life over a pay on a income protection policy, Ive had nothing but curve ***** thrown at me and then eventually a insulting payout of less than a 3rd of what my policy is being paid for. I have never dealt with a company this incompatent and that looks for excuses why not to pay rather than pay, furthermore moves goal posts to suit them that not even my broker knows about, 15 years of paying this policy and to be treated like this is nothing short of a insult, constant promises of call backs and nothing happens, people that have been dealing with this are Mariana Rademeyer, Naome Ncube, Juan Jacobs. For a financial institution to treat their long standing clients like this is absolutely disgusting and this is the last chance before I take my case to the ombudsman amongst other higher power entities in the finanical sector!
