Liberty life double debited me

I recently took a life policy with liberty. On the 31 October 2020 they double debited me with 2 different codes. I spoke to my broker and it's 10 days now and no feedback. He says that has never happened before but I saw on hello Peter that other people were double debited also. They are robbing people, why double debit us for one policy. If they don't rectify, I will block them from my business fnb account and move to another company
