Liberty life doesnt train their people

Liberty life doesnt train their people properly to deal with all kinds of situations re pension fund claims i cannot honestly recommend them if i had known all this i would never have allowed my salary to be used for a lib life pension fund deduction every month i am very dissapointed in how they are handling my claim and have struggled for over 3months to get an answer
