My Father passed away in 2022, and his claim was submitted to Liberty Life Myself and my brother were his nominated beneficiaries, after his death we were not granted access by my step mother to view any personal documents and the house locks were changed even before his funeral.

So we never had a chance to look for his will we were just told he had nothing, strange for a man who sat us down and told us what is in his will.

But even in knowing this information Liberty awarded his wife of 4 years 100% of his Life cover and Pension,

We were never asked if we would like to lodge a appeal, I could never get a hold of the agent as she never answered or rep**** to messages.

She only called me after we found out liberty paid 100% to our step mother and by then it was too late.
