LIBERTY LIFE DO NOT BRIEF THEIR STAFF WHEN THEY SEND OUT GENERIC EMAILS TO CLIENTS

Received an email on24/2/21 with an attached letter dated 20/2/21 advising changes in Tax laws pertaining to my policies and I was instructed to call Liberty Life to discuss. I called 24/2/21 whereupon the Consultant advised she knew nothing about such a letter however if I could scan to an info email line at Liberty Life she would call me back immediately to discuss. So far no call. I then emailed Liberty and still no response from them. The Tax changes come into play tomorrow 1/3/21 therefore even if they do decide to call back sometime it will be too late!!
