Liberty Life disappointing customer service
Hi guys...im so frustrated with the service I'm getting from Liberty Life...last year I took an investment Policy with them..now I'm putting in a claim..i filled in and submitted all the necessary documents...today marks exactly 14 days nd they are yet to pay me..i kept phoning them for update and they saying my claim is still in process...only yesterday they tell me that there was one document missing on my claim., yet no one has informed in writing or call...i submitted that document bt still I wait to be paid out...im starting to think Liberty is a ****...im so frustrated

16 Apr 2024, 15:00Why must it take for me to bring the matter onto this platform to get your attention.?..just today I've sent numerous emails for someone to fone me bt I'm getting no response...ive even made a call and spoke to one consultant and my airtime got finished nd still no return call to help resolve my matter...your service really is ****in frustrating
