Liberty Life delaying my claim Payment

I took a bond protector policy with Liberty November 2017 which included the retrenchment plan. I have been paying the policy every month since then. I got retrenched in December 2019 and submitted a claim to Liberty so they can pay for my bond while I look for work. I must say I am disappointed at the way they handling my claim. I am being harrased by different consultants wanting different documents from me and delaying my claim even further. I am not working and just want them to process my claim but instead they going in circles. Just yesterda one of their consultants said I just need to give me two documents which I did not have so they can release my payment month end then boom today another consultant want to know all the doctors I went to fro 2*** before I even took the policy, I mean who keeps tracks of doctors and it was long before I took the policy. Please help me
