Liberty life

I’m soo frustrated and stressed with liberty. I recently called to submit a claim that I have with them for retirement annuity that I was not even aware of. I was told by the consultant that I needed to submit a disability claim as I can only withdraw funds at age 55. I then asked the consultant if I could submit under major depression as I was retrenched due to that illness and she then made me hold the line for about 20min as she was checking. She then came back and said yes major depression is a disability that falls under disability claim. I ran up and down trying to get my Dr the forms so she could fill them in as well. Now after 2 weeks they are telling me stories that there’s nothing they can do. I’ve lost employment since May 2020 and to date I’m still unemployed and I submitted all documents required. Im heavily pregnant, going through a separation in my marriage and I need this money as I’ve been applying for jobs and I can’t find any and I’m not sure if the reason is the fact that I disclose my depression when applying. Whilst I sent several emails to liberty to a person called Rose dzingwa I get no response then I get a call from a woman called Sue who just laughed at my situation. Do I need to be admitted to a mental institution again for liberty to pay the money I contributed.??
