Liberty life

My mother passed away last year September. To this day I am still waiting on a supposed allocation that was set aside for myself and other family members. I have emailed Liberty a number of times yet they never responded. Instead I hear from them through family members every couple of weeks.requesting same documents that I have already sent. Why say there is an allocation set aside and instead take so long to pay out
