Liberty life cover a ****

I took out a life policy in 2006 and now I have suffered 8 strokes and I can't walk since January 2022. I pay around R1100 per month and asked liberty to surrender this life policy and encash it but liberty is refusing saying that I will receive no payment and will forfeit my premiums, it's not fair and I want to challenge this matter
