Liberty Life Corporate - Claim withdrawal

I can't express my disappointment in Liberty Life Corporate - Claims. So they claim............ "The board has committed to providing a response to the objection within 5 working days, and payment within10 to 15 working days. I submitted my withdrawal claim on the 9th of May 2024, when I called for confirmation they confirmed receiving the claim forms on the 13th of May. When I called a week later I was told that the forms were only received on the 20th on their new system, apparently the initial submission was received on their old system. Was told that target payment date would be on the 28th of May. Today is the 31st, and it's IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone that knows what's going on. Even the complaints department does not know what is going on. E-mails are being read, and IGNORED !!!! The claims number on your documents is always not available....... Every time when I call I am told different excuses........ When I called this morning for a further update I was told that my bank rejected payment from Liberty which is highly impossible because my account is currently active. After consulting with my bank I called Liberty again for clarity I was then told that there is actually nothing wrong with my bank details...…I am still waiting for a response from the claims department. I WOULDN’T ADVICE ANYONE TO INVEST THEIR HARD-EARNED MONEY WITH LIBERTY LIFE!!!! Quick to take your money, but when it's time to give back, you have to beg !!!
