Absolutely pathetic service from this entity, difficult to get hold of anyone to follow up on claim status, no response to email. Do not live up to their word on following up with claim status. Wait for a week to call you back. Waiting for longer than their date for claim to be paid out, still not paid out.

I have received a mail from your customer liaison consultant saying that I can expect a further response regarding my claim within 5 working days.
It appears to me that liberty life do not consider their reputation regarding customer satisfaction as important, hence all the negative responses on Hello Peter.
I find 5 working days to provide feedback on a customer complaint completely unacceptable.
