Liberty life complaint

I am very dissapoited with the service i am receiving from libery life. I made a funeral claim on monday to bury my dad . Even today i have not received my pay out. I called them five time already and they keep making promises that it will be tomorrow. They have been taking my money for the past 7 years without any problems. Why must it be a problem to pay in. I need that money today i am tired of calling thier call centre every day
