Liberty Life cat fish!

On the 28th July 2022 I received a call from a financial advisor, Miss Koketso Seakgoe, from Liberty Life. Her reason for the call was to advise that my policy was now under "Standard Bank" and I needed to acknowledge by signing a document.

Her manager Glen, also made a follow up call.

She also mentioned that I'm also due for a cash back and should send relevant documents in order to receive it.

Which I did.

I was promised to receive the cash back within 30 days.

It's almost 90 days and no cash back. The financial advisor and her manager are no where to be found.

There's a lot of ********* lately. Do these people even work for Liberty?
