Liberty life Car insurance poor service

Liberty Car insurance is the worst in Policy servicing. They don't answer calls. Don't respond to emails. I recently relocated and tried to call them to update my policy, there was no response until I threatened to cancel the policy, then they called. They quickly updated my policy and it came down with R400,but when the debit date came They still debited the old premium before review. I called and send emails on the 2 June 2022 even today..there still no response. Am done with Liberty car insurance. If they don't have time for servicing my policy I doubt they will have time when I claim.
