Liberty Life Cancelled MyPolicy

If my e mails can be attended at Liberty. I have sent them so many e mails since June 2020 regarding proof of payments made and banking details update, instead they responded by cancelling one of my Life Cover policies while the other is on credit/overpaid due to late allocation of payment which was made in 03 June 2020. Latest email sent on the same concern is dated 17/08/2020.
