Liberty life can not payout old life policy from 1973 till 2019 & also one for the pass 45 years

Hi my grandfather have left me with a life cover from 1973 right until 2023 were he passed away with natural courses but from 1973 up until 2019 the policy was R8 and at time was a lot off money but they new call center people don't know this even in they team leader is not aware of this only got paid out R19182 with a 26.25% bounce even had a R25 policy with them and was paying dumble for it a month I only got paid out R50843.55 that was for 45 years with a 4% interest and my grandfather was the account holder and the second life insurance on the R50843.55 but they couldn't give me a dead claim also they could not give me a value of the policy because they have no records of payment done to them. I have all the time in this world to go to high court and what ever else they want if I don't get help from ombudsman
