My Name is Moipiti Mononyane Daughter of the late Palesa Virgina Mononyane.

My Mom passed away on the 06 January 2021. My Mother had policies with Liberty some did pay out some did not pay out. Policy *** and Policy *** are still outstanding due to an investigation that they have been conducting from January. Those two policies Liberty told us that the Beneficiary was Lerato Mononyane appering as a sister to my Mother, Unfortunately that person in both my Mother and Father's Family she dosen't exist. Today as I called Liberty told me that my case is still with Risk management team.

On the 29th Of January I was at one of their brunche in Free State Bloemfontein to claim. My Mother had a Pension Fun Preserver with them as I was there a consultant that was helping me was not sure which forms must he use to fill in the application.

I gave them original documents and they made copies so they could accompany that application. Am the only child of my late Mother. I gave them ID's, Death Certificates, Authority letter,Banking details and they even said I should go to the police station to make an Affidavity stating that am the only child of Palesa Virginia Mononyane and I even gave them my Daughter's Birth certificate as she was also going to get some money too from that Pension Fund.

Today at 17:00 Liberty sent me an email saying they cant process the funds as I have not submitted those documents to them, and I did go there physically on the 29 January.

The late Palesa Virginia Mononyane is the Policy Holder Id ***

Please kindle help me out with this madness Liberty is busy with.
