Liberty Life Beyond Useless

I recently (2024/09/03) made an adhoc payment into my Liberty RA, and like many other online services hoped they would automatically email me with a confirmation of the deposit. I emailed them on the same day as they requested with the deposit confirmation from my bank (how archaic), and asked them to confirm.

I received an email stating they would get back to me in 24hrs. Well lets just say it took them 5 days to respond with an absolutely useless email that did not confirm my deposit. 2 weeks later after responding to that email asking for a confirmation I get an email showing all transactions on my account and yet my recent deposit is not listed. ***

It has now been 22 days and these people are clearly absolutely *********** and responding or reading emails inn the first place! I plan to find a new RA and move my funds asap!
