Liberty life - bad term short term insurance

I have a policy with Liberty and I want to cancel the policy. I was instructed to fill in payment cancellation forms which I filled and sent a few times and the the only response I get is an email instructing me to fill in the exact same forms which I have already filled in. Furthermore there is just one email address that liberty has to send these documents so I really don't know whom is handling my query. A guy called me from their retentions department to convince me to stay with them but once that failed then no calls received. Pathetic service. First and last time.
