Liberty Life - Bad service

The company I was working for claimed and withdraw funds on my behalf for my provident fund. The withdrawal date was on the 31st January 2023, I am already at the new company and yet my funds have not been paid to my account. I contacted their office on the 3rd of March 2023 and the lady was going to put my call through to Lizette Lombard. I had to hold for more that 45 minutes without any transfer of my call. At this stage I am sleeping on the floor because I moved to a new place thinking the money will be paid on time and I can buy myself a new bed. I am really frustrated. People who reigned before me at the same company and same position were paid before we even left the company. I would really not recommend anyone or any company to use Liberty Life, their service is not up to standard. Till today I don't even know when my money will be paid to my bank account.
