Liberty Life Bad Service

I am extremely unhappy with the service Liberty Life is giving me, I have been with them since 2017 with no problems but I have been trying to amend my Life Cover with extreme dissatisfaction. My broker tried his best to send me all the relevant information but I have been sent from pillar to post, they even had to take my blood twice, up to this day I still haven't received my approved and updated policy. I signed my first documents on the 8th of January but still today I'm in the dark. The even added psychiatric exclusions and I have had no prior depression or stress related diagnosis. I need this sorted ASAP because my broker's power is limited to unexplainable escalations. My bond application is about to be rejected because they have no time to wait for me to beg Liberty Life to resolve an issue that could be handled in less than 48 hours. I'm super unhappy where I am right now!
