Liberty life bad business practice

Not worth rating at all. Since my husband passed away in 2017, I have tried to close the Stash account that we both have with Liberty. Although I sent them all the required documents and information I have heard nothing from them to date. It is disturbing that they continue to address my late husband although he passed away more that three years ago. Dreadful service.
