LIBERTY LIFE BAD BAD SERVICE

Absolutely shocking service trying to cancel a life policy! Umpteen phone calls, submission of requested documents and almost 2 months later still waiting for them to cancel the policy and pay out surrender value. I would Never recommend them to anyone if this is the type of service that they provide!
