LIBERTY LIFE

I have had a provident fund with Liberty life for the past 10 years through my place of work. I have now retired and my financial adviser and Allan Grey have been trying unsuccessfully to get the money from Liberty. I have personally phoned them 3 times as well. I was promised the transfer would be done by 25th February but it wasn't done. Anybody else experiencing non existent service from Liberty Life?
