Liberty Life - are you out there somewhere???

My aunt passed away 5 years ago. There was a policy at Liberty life that the executors somehow missed, but I then received a statement mailed to me as the beneficiary of the policy. I have now contacted liberty from the 16th July onwards multiple times and besides the automated response, not a peep from anyone. I supp**** Liberty with the basic details and just want the policy paid out and wound up. What does one do when a company holds your money and does not respond to you? Amazing how they never miss a beat taking money from clients every month for years, but when the time arrives to claim, they are missing in action. 3 automated replies from Liberty with ZERO reference number so far so how do I chase this up when the company does not issue reference numbers on calls logged?
