LIBERTY LIFE, Appalling customer service and handling of fradulent withdrawals query

In 2017 upon reaching age and having my payout being due to me as part of one of the beneficiaries under our Liberty investment plan we were shocked to learn that there was no longer any money in our account, we were told that it seemed as far back as 2007 fradulent withdrawals from our investment plan were completed over a period of four separate months in a row, to an unknown Nedbank account whom is not a beneficiary nor the assigned executor of our family trust. We have engaged Liberty multiple times with no willingness to assist even attempted to withdraw whatever was remaining with no luck. One consultant I spoke to asked for an original trust document and resolution letter which we do not have any longer before they can even look into this, I immidiately asked to speak to a supervisor/manager with same poor results. It is really worrying how Liberty is not taking this seriously even after so many years past, stay away from these ********. I NEED THIS TO GET RESOLVED SO WE CAN GET OUR FUNDS BACK, PLEASE LIBERTY LIFE ASSIST.
