Liberty life absolutely pathetic

Absolutely terrible service. I submitted changes to my policy as their advisors come and go faster than the seasons change and you can't keep up. And the advisors they have don't even bother to "advise" you correctly taking your best interest into consideration as it's all about inflating the premium for more commission. Changes was submitted on 31July. since then I had to call in 3 times as no one bothers to contact you to keep you updated or even let you know that they are working on your request. On the 3rd call that I made, the consultant advised that she will have it escalated to management and even a day later still no contact from anyone at Liberty.
