Liberty life a definite no no

Still trying to get my benefits paid out after more than a year, after my last review more than a month ago, the manager said that the payout will commence within 10 days, nothing was received and I sent an email enquiring about it and only two weeks later received an email that they needed more info to follow up the delay and I rep**** with the info needed, and that was it, another week has passed and no feedback received.
