LIBERTY LIFE A BIG ****, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

It has been another 10 working days since Liberty life Manager sent an email promising that my claim is undergoing assessment. I am going to sue Liberty Life for breach of contract and close all my policies with them. I have never seen such pathetic service, I should have known better.

Going through reviews I have since discovered that there is no success story with organisation, every review I came across was a narration of nightmare experience with Liberty Life. It has been 3 months since I lodged my claim and there is zero feedback all I get are excuses. Liberty Life shall learn the power of social media!!!!!
