Liberty Life ?????

So I was told that I have unclaimed benefits, after waiting days for a reply I then submitted the documents that they requested.

Once the documents were submitted I was then emailed stating that documents will take 48-72 to be scanned and uploaded, we going on 5 days with no reply from them even after I emailed them back requesting some form of feedback.

Atleast an automated response would have been some form of feedback but when you get nothing not even a phonecall, makes a person question how they handle money??????
