Liberty Life
I requested Liberty to give me a statement of my provident fund policy, I provided my ID copy and details, the only thing I did not have is the Policy number. Surely in a digital age, once they established it me, they can give me my information. Its pathetic that they want me to first sign with a financial advisor, just for me to get a statement.
