this kind of thing is unacceptable, if this does not get resolved soon, as in now... I will have to revert to social media where you cannot hide behind unanswered calls and work from home people. I am now going to name and shame. Because of you I have to pay penalties. Because of you I have trouble selling my home. Because of you I could not submit my tax this year. Because of you!!!!! Seven months of eating **** from you with no results and this is where it leads...
