Liberty Life 0 rating - unsatisfactory

Absolutely terrible experience with Liberty Life! I don't recommend anyone to take out a Liberty product!!

I have been trying for MONTHS to transfer my funds to another entity, first I tried on my own and later on I requested a financial adviser to assist me. Liberty is simply sending us the same email over and over. I’m not sure whether it’s incompetence or whether they are just playing for time, but I’m so frustrated and so disappointed!
