Liberty Lies

My father was ******ed in 2007, he had life insurance and other investments with Liberty at the time. Soon after his death my step mother received payouts from Liberty with no questions asked. 8 years after his death Liberty is still refusing to pay out my late father's life insurance into his estate account after I provided them with all the documentation they asked for. When I call Liberty for answers I get one lie after the other. They apparently put the case under a special investigation unit, for what reason I do not know and they refuse to tell me anything, this is me, the only surviving son and only beneficiary mentioned in my dad's final will and testament and appointed executor by the Master. Why am I being ignored and my step mom who is not even mentioned in my late dad's testament gets the red carpet to the bank so soon after my dad's death? Can someone put Liberty under a special investigation please? Because if that is how they treat their client's next of kin, I will strongly advise anyone at Liberty to get out as soon as possible. My attorney is getting ready to take Liberty now to the High Court for suspicious and ********** activities.
