LIBERTY LET-DOWN

I have had a life policy and a loss of income policy for over 10 years with liberty. I was in a severe hit and run accident in Nov 22 which left me in ICU, hospital and then stepdown facility. I was unable to work on my small business for 3 months and am still battling health issues. I app**** for the policy to pay out the missed earnings(salary) while injured. Nearly 5 months later they are still are 'red taping' me with mounds of unnecessary paperwork - next step Carte Blanche.....
