Liberty is very unprofessional

This company keeps on debiting from my account after sending an email requesting that they cancel the account. After explaining to them that I will not be able to take the blood tests therefore requesting that they cancel the cover,they still taking my money. And now I called them about 20 minutes ago that ladies is saying she can't hear whereas when they want us to take life cover there's never issues with the network.
