Liberty is useless,

I have a life policy with them and the overcharged me last month and refuse to refund because email was sent which I did not receive. It was only send when I ask them why the policy has increased with more than 10%. I have asked them to amend policy, not feedback. Then I told them to cancel, no feedback. When I check the status is active and they are proudly going to deduct on the 1st. The service is very bad, just imagine should something happen to me my child is going to struggle to get a cent from them. If it was possible I will cancel everything I have with them
