Liberty is unable to satisfy their clients

Liberty funeral is a *****. Last year a funeral policy was opened by liberty without my knowledge, I did not sign any documents from liberty. Due to the fact that I'm always busy I called and enquired about the policy which is deducting money from my perusal so they asked me to submit the documents. June this year I went to liberty and they failed to produce evidence that I have opened the policy but I managed to submit all the necessary documents. After doing all that they refuse to refund my contributions and they are still diducting money from persal when I called they say the policy is has not yet stopped for it was not canceled. I was my money.....
