Liberty is the worst!!

I am not happy with Liberty. I had one investment policy with them and I recently found out that it was surrendered without my knowledge. I then proceeded to request my money back and I'm getting no help. I've spent days requesting and all they say is I'll get it in 48 hours. It's been weeks so far and I don't know if I'll ever get it. All I need is my money back so that we can part ways. I regret ever joining!
