Liberty is a ****!

Realised they (Liberty) have not debited in 2 months. Contacted them via email and they told me my polocy is inactive thats why they are not debiting. No explanation as to why it suddenly went inactive after 9 yrs. Requested refund of premiums since they breached our contract. Submitted the form on the 2nd of March. No response except for the automated responses. When I call, they say they are offline. You see now something horrible is definitely happening at Liberty and I'm not interested on what it is. All I want is my money back.
