LIberty is a *******!! Watch your bank statement!

Shocking!!! Liberty live up to their tag line for themselves! "In it with you" I've been a client for years and years and years....had an annual policy review. The renewal document was signed and sent back to them in December '22. The renewal premium from 1 Jan '23 is R5 000 but they keep debiting over R9 000. When asking what is going on they keep saying we are looking into it for a refund. Watch your bank statement! Shocking service!!
