liberty is a fruad

Liberty has got to be the worst life insurance company in the south Africa, their customer service is the worst, their turn around time for a response to a query is 24 hours yet they don't respond at all. I took out a life policy with them they debit from my account every month yet they told me i do not have a policy with them. I sent them the policy documents and asked them to assist me yet no one has responded and when you try to call them they don't answer
