Liberty is a disgrace

My purpose for this review is to confirm how disgusted i am in Liberty Life. The father of my children passed away in Sept 2022. We got divorced in 2014. According to the decree of divorce I was entitled to 50% of the total value of the Retirement Annuity. In 2014 Liberty informed me the decree of divorce was not enforceable. At the time I was too tired to fight anymore. Sanlam paid my 50% immediately. After my ex-husband passed away, I decided to challenge Liberty Life again with the court order in my favour. Liberty paid me the amount of the 50% as per the fund value in 2014. I then challenged them again and demanded they pay me the interest on my 50% which they had kept from me for 8 years. After various complaints the interest was also paid over to me. The other 50% must now be paid to our two daughters. It has been a nightmare to get liberty to do the payout to our daughters.
